Complete Hydroponics Systems. I’m going to state the obvious, and I think you’ll agree with me. Hydroponics is cool, and not just sort of cool. The idea of growing plants efficiently, saving water, avoiding fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides, all while you plants grow 22-24 hours a day for higher yield and multiples than you could ever get outdoors is insanely cool.
That being said, not everyone wants to build their own hydroponics system from scratch, which is why we here at Hydroponics Supply Store sell complete hydroponics systems (like those below) so that you don’t have to. These kits are the core of what you’ll need. Read on below to learn more, or, if you’re in the mood for simply perusing our products or you’re ready to buy, jump over to our complete hydroponics systems products page. Here’s a sampling of some of our kits:
You probably found this page because you’re looking for a complete hydroponics system kit, which probably means you’re excited to grow some plants, but you’re not really thrilled about having to drive down to your local hardware store and buying circular drills, water pumps, hosing, and attachments to name a few. You’d rather just find a complete hydroponics system kit that comes with everything from A to Z and assemble it when it arrives, glad that you won’t have forgotten to pick up that gasket that you somehow missed in your laundry list of parts and components.
You’re in good company. The reason we at hydroponics supply store started this company in the first place was because building a complete hydroponic system was a lot more trouble than we’d thought it would be back when we were budding enthusiasts. I would have rather ponied up the money to simply buy a grow kit that had everything I needed (something I realized I would have paid a lot for on my sixth trip back to the hardware store).
What Comes in Our Hydroponics System Kits
This is where “complete” gets qualified. Most of these have all the hardware you’ll need for the housing of the plant, the connections, the pumps, etc. However, many of them won’t have the lighting or the nutrients, and for good reason. Lighting, as you’ll read elsewhere on our site, is a tricky decision, one most hydroponic system manufacturers aren’t going to try to make for you, and nutrients get left out because it’s the hydroponics world’s version of “batteries not included,” as lame as that may be.
The components of what you’ll get here vary according to the system type we’re talking about. Gravity fed systems won’t have a pump, whereas our ebb and flow or nutrient film technology (NFT) systems of course will. Suffice it to say that any of the complete hydroponics systems for sale here have all the small connectors, tubes, pots, buckets, and water moving power you’ll need to get started. (By the way, if you’re just starting out, you may want to check out our Beginners Guide on Choosing the Right Hydroponics System. I’ll spoil it for you: ebb and flow systems are about as easy as you get, in terms of being low maintenance, though each system has its advantages).
